Placing an order

Please make sure that you are legally willing to put an order via our website, that you are over 18 years old or older and that you are the registered card holder. When you place an order, a binding contract is created and once accepted contract is formed, we cannot be held responsible for any further changes if the job has commenced. Changes to the initial contract specification after the job has begun may be subject to change expenses. Before any new changes take place, you will be notified of any additional expenses. Due to the design method, custom products can take longer. It can take up to 3 working days to process your order.


Please note that during busy periods, particularly at Christmas, dispatch times may take longer. We create all products to order-please know that most of our orders take up to 2 working days to dispatch, please allow additional time to deliver the products to you. You can choose the appropriate shipping technique which suits best at the time of checkout.

Returns Cancelations

Unless products have already been produced, personalized orders cannot be cancelled. This is because these custom products are specifically designed to meet your needs and cannot be re-sold. From the time of delivery, products are at your risk and you will be responsible for the goods. You must verify to keep them safe and secure.

However, if your item is received incorrectly, we will reimburse you (providing it is returned within 30 days and you informed us within 24 hours of getting your item) or exchange the product at no additional price (we will pay the shipping costs). You will only be entitled to a repair or substitution if faults are recognized before 30 days. Before returning items, you must receive permission from us. Please notify us as quickly as possible of any errors. We will decline and cancel instructions we consider having offensive wording, please note. We love to personalize products for our customers, but we also have a duty of care.

Photography Rights

We reserve the right to use for promotional purposes any photo of any cake topper order. Without your permission, we will never use your personal photographs. Fully customized, commercially viable orders can be resold for future orders at our standard rate.
